I’ve always wanted to start my own business. At age ten, I started baking my own dog treats and attempting to sell them at my local vet office. I don’t remember much success, other than our family dogs happily putting on a few pounds from “testing” my recipes, but I do remember catching the entrepreneurial itch. In the years since, I’ve gained an impractical bachelor’s degree, worked passionless jobs, and haven’t stopped thinking about owning my own business. So after some health issues caused me to rethink what I really want out of life, I decided to make things happen…

In 2013, I received my first sewing machine. In 2014, I actually used it, when my Dad and I took an “Intro to Sewing” class at Joann. From that point on, I slowly began attempting more and more challenging projects, developing my skills, and realizing the joy that comes with creating something truly handmade. Being a kid at heart, I decided to make children’s clothing. The freedom to play with fun fabric (most times a little too “fun” for adults to pull off) has always been my favorite part of the creative process.

Inspiration really hit, when my husband and I welcomed our daughter, Evelyn in 2017. After taking time away from the shop to learn the ends-and-outs of motherhood, I returned with new ideas, new styles, and the sweetest blue-eyed baby girl to model my creations.

Today, when I'm not busy wrangling my toddler, you will find me happily pouring over new fabric collections and sewing up tiny dresses, diaper covers, and accessories. Every piece of clothing is made by myself, in my little sewing studio outside of metro Atlanta.
